I found this restaurant called Artillery , the best place I have been so fare in Cambodia. This place is an art gallery and creative cafe launched in 2013! They also invite you to follow food classes, detox program & wellness events. But what were are happy of, is that they serve gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes . Artillery works closely with Cambodia farms to provides chemical free and organic products to their clients. This restaurant also tries to reduce their environnemental impact by recycling and using low average of plastic in their kitchen, and packaging. We loved them!! I spent 6 months in Asia, and I was a bit tired of eating the same things again and again that I was so happy i discovered this place !! I could have every single dishes there!!
